Add an option to disable CMake install. This makes disabling ITT install easier for projects using CMake's
FetchContent. Also, addittapi::ittnotifyalias target to match target installed withittapi-targetswithNAMESPACE ittapi::, i.e.,ittapi::ittnotify.
