Discussion items:

• Discussed bar for accepting PRs to small SG issues (e.g. workstream editor changes) asynchronously, decided if 3/4 SG members approve we can merge asynchronously without waiting for a meeting, do not merge if in doubt.
• “Design stewarding/guides” - how do we scale up the design gestalt/stewarding consistency of the platform
  • Some things could be done with tooling; style guides (indentation is wrong); different formatting across the specs (HTML is its own special thing, editor preference). Automated formatting would let review focus on substance not style.
  • Design Patterns: need more detailed design guidance than TAG’s Design Principles https://www.w3.org/TR/design-principles/, but more consumable.

Review open PRs:

• Replace @mkruisselbrink with @a-sully as File System editor #207 - merge (fixes Update editor of whatwg/fs #206)
