Basic Information
There have been many additions to the various RDBMS platforms we support since the last major release of laminas-db. I am creating this RFC as a parent issue for all of the various RDBMS platforms for which we decide to add new features around their respective Sql\Ddl\Metadata components.
We will need a sub-issue for each platform. I suggest we keep the main discussion here since this component will provide the base abstraction the various adapter decorators will build on.
