[MastodonBridge] Wrong post URL with mastodon.social

Describe the bug
When using feed from mastodon.social (at least) for example: https://mastodon.social/@firefoxwebdevs, the URLs of the posts are wrong.

I'm not sure if the issue is on the mastodon host or the bridge.

I will look into it.

While it's possible to use the URL field, we should probably be observant of different activity types where the URL does not necessarily resolve to a human-friendly page.

Had a quick look, the proposed solution is probably fine. I will come back if there are implementation-specific nuances I need to take care of.

I can retrace the steps towards the JSON object of the aforementioned post. Only the url element has the expected uri. The JSON object is:

I couldn't test with Akkoma, as the retrieval flow is broken in other ways. Not sure what other implementations place in the id field.
